Meet Laura
With over 12 years as a special education teacher, I’ve been in the trenches, navigating the challenges of supporting students with complex behaviors.
Frustrated by traditional strategies that didn’t always work, I immersed myself in brain science, trauma-informed practices, and the intersection of mental health and education.
Now, I bring real-world experience and evidence-based strategies to schools, helping educators uncover the root causes of challenging behaviors and build systems that foster safety, connection, and success.
My mission? To empower teachers and school leaders with practical tools that transform classrooms and create lasting change.
