Services

Literacy. Compliance. Support that works alongside your team.

SOR Base Engagement

Everything your staff needs to go from knowing about the Science of Reading to actually using it — with the students in front of them, in the tiers they're already teaching.

Phase 1: Initial Consultation

Before any instruction begins, we meet with administration and, where applicable, your reading specialist or instructional coach. We look at your current literacy landscape, how intervention is structured, and what your staff actually needs. This is where the engagement gets customized to your building.

Phase 2: Professional Development

A deliberate sequence that builds from foundational knowledge to applied practice:

  • Session 1: Foundations of Structured Literacy

  • Session 2: Assessment & Diagnostic Thinking

  • Session 3: The OG Lesson

  • Session 4: Sound-Symbol Association — Encoding & Decoding

  • Session 5: Syllable Types

  • Session 6: Compound Words

Spaced, sequenced, and designed for virtual engagement — so teachers aren't just sitting through another screen, they're building skills they can use immediately.

Phase 3: Strategy Call

Midway through the engagement, we check in with school leadership to review what's landing, what teachers need more of, and whether coaching support makes sense for your staff.

Phase 4: Coaching — Add-On

1:1 or small pod coaching (2–4 teachers), applied directly to real students and real lessons. Not billed in advance — scoped together after the strategy call based on what your staff actually needs.

Phase 5: Exit Call

We close the engagement with a forward-looking conversation: what's been built, what's next, and how to keep the momentum going after we're done.

Special Education Consulting

Ongoing Monthly Retainer

Continuous access to special education consultation — a standing resource for compliance questions, staff support, and problem-solving as they arise, rather than a one-time engagement. Best for private and charter schools.

1:1 or Pod Coaching

Individual or small-group coaching for special education staff, focused on IEP development, instructional practice, or case-specific challenges.

Charter School IDEA Audit

A compliance review of IEP quality and procedural adherence to IDEA, using a representative sample of files rather than a full review of every record — the same approach used by state compliance monitors.

Trainings

Focused professional development on topics like SDI, LRE, FBA/BIP development, or IEP writing — available as standalone sessions or as part of a broader engagement.

FBA Reviews

Review of functional behavior assessments for technical accuracy and alignment with a neurodevelopmental understanding of behavior.

Progress Monitoring Assistance

Support setting up and interpreting progress monitoring data to ensure IEP goals are meaningful and defensible.

Customized Package

All packages are individualized to schools, and any package can be customized to your schools needs.
